Had a really unforgettable stay with my pets, we spent 3 nights here, everything was really good. The room was luxurious and spotless with a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

I always choose to stay at this guesthouse. The staff helped with late checkin on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. It has everything I need, from beauty treatments to game rooms. Coming back for New Year!

The room had a private bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer, which was great for us old folks who need a little extra comfort and convenience. It also had an electric kettle, perfect for making tea in the morning. And the air conditioning kept us cool all day long.

I personally didn't need the kitchenette in the room, but I understand others might find it useful.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the staff are affable, I liked quiet atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and reasonably large here with comfortable bed, very nice smelling towels plus perfect cleanliness.

The breakfast was varied and delicious with more proteins, daily fresh croissants and also fresh fruit, and the restaurant's offer was excellent. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, the staff were very friendly. Furthermore, in 15 minutes by bus or tram.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a great area, just off both Mestre and Venice and Mestre Centro, the location for all buses and trams to Venice and Italy and Venice environs. The central location and helpful staff were the highlight of this fantastic stay. Mestre Centro district was worth exploring...

The private bathroom with a bidet and hairdryer was a game-changer for us, making our stay at Casa Lunia Guesthouse in Mestre super comfortable. As a family with children, it was so convenient to have these amenities within reach.

Personally, we could have done without the kitchenette in the double room. But hey, that's just our opinion!

Stayed in a guesthouse that had a garden - perfect for all my frequent barbecues! Also, had a patio for those moments when I wanted to relax outside with a glass of wine and my snobby attitude.

We had an amazing experience at Casa Lunia B&B! The green oasis in the center of Mestre was perfect for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. We loved being able to park our car in the charming garden next to the house. The convenient bus stop to Venice was just 1 minute away. The spacious room had a lovely bathroom and the towels smelled amazing. The high-quality cosmetic utilities and perfect cleanliness made us feel pampered. The attention to detail in the whole house was remarkable. Luca and Sonia, our hosts, were perfect. Luca was welcoming, friendly, and provided us with a lot of great tips for exploring Venice, including where to go and where to eat. He even made restaurant reservations for us. The breakfast he made was delicious, with Italian-style options and amazing coffee. We will definitely come back to this lovely place.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The owner was amazing and provided excellent advice on getting around town and to Venice. The house was very secure and clean. The location was perfect, close to the bus stop and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The beautiful garden was a charming addition. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, transportation access, location, and helpful staff.

Nothing was wrong, it was a perfect stay.

The room was huge, big size with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were provided if needed. Location: the hotel was short walk to the old town of Mestre and great restaurants, bars, and many other things. You can find Madai Fusion minute walk from the property to a have lunch.

stayed at a friend's house in mestre and casa lunia guesthouse was even better than before. luca's hospitality was top-notch, he cooked delicious breakfasts and gave great travel tips. the villa was gorgeous and the location was ideal for exploring venice. highly recommended!

The location was great, with easy access to Venice via the nearby bus stop. The staff, especially Luca and Sonja, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
